Kaaya Wellness provides professional therapeutic massage services delivered to client locations in Delhi and Noida. All sessions are strictly professional therapeutic massage. Kaaya Wellness serves female clients only.
Bookings are confirmed exclusively via WhatsApp. A session is confirmed only upon explicit written confirmation from Kaaya Wellness. Advance notice of at least 2 hours is required for bookings.
Clients may cancel at any time. We request at least 1 hour notice where possible. Kaaya Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with prompt notification to the client.
Payment is due after session completion. Accepted methods: cash and UPI. In the event of early session termination at the client's request due to discomfort or personal choice, no charge will be applied.
Clients are expected to treat the therapist professionally. Kaaya Wellness reserves the right to refuse or terminate service immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct, without refund.
Kaaya Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason that compromises professional standards or safety.
Kaaya Wellness is not liable for any adverse reactions to massage oils. Clients with known allergies or medical conditions should inform the therapist before the session begins.
